Reservation Information

Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equivalent to one night's stay (less taxes & service charge) is required with all reservations. Taxes, service charge and incidentals charged to your room during your stay are due on check-out. As is standard with seasonal resorts, no refund will be given if less then 72 hours prior notice is given of the cancellation of the reservation.

Standard occupancy for our Standard Rooms is 2 people. Extra people staying in a Standard Room will be charged at $20.00 per person. Occupancy in our Loft, Pine and Petite Suite beyond 4 persons will also be charged at $20.00 per person.

Pine Lodge Inn is not responsible for and does not provide credit to patrons, for any non-utilization of facilities or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather, power failure or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Key Deposit: A deposit of $10 per room key is added to your account at the time of check-in and refunded at time of check-out with the return of the keys.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Rooms are not guaranteed to be available until 4pm. Guests are invited to enjoy our facilities if you arrive earlier. Check-out time is 11:30am.

Pet Policy. As Pet Owners, we love pets but in consideration of our other guests, we do have a no pet policy. We are able to recommend a kennel nearby.

No Smoking Policy. We offer a non-smoking environment, guest who are found to disregard our policy will be charged a $200 housekeeping fee for cleaning the room
