Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy: As is standard with seasonal resorts, a one night's stay will be charged if less then 72 hours prior notice is given of the cancellation of the reservation.
Standard occupancy for our Standard Rooms is 2 people. Extra people staying in a Standard Room will be charged at $20.00 per person. Occupancy in our Loft, Pine and Petite Suite beyond 4 persons will also be charged at $20.00 per person.
Pine Lodge Inn is not responsible for and does not provide credit to patrons, for any non-utilization of facilities or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather, power failure or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Rooms are not guaranteed to be available until 4pm. Guests are invited to enjoy our facilities if you arrive earlier. Check-in/arrival after 10:00pm needs to be arranged in advance.
Early check-in on Fridays, Saturdays and Holidays may be requested for an additional $25 service fee. During our peak season, we are not always able to accommodate early check-in requests.
Check-out time is 11am.
Pet Policy. As Pet Owners, we love pets but in consideration of our other guests, we do have a no pet policy. We are able to recommend a kennel nearby.
No Smoking Policy. We offer a non-smoking environment, guest who are found to disregard our policy will be charged a $200 housekeeping fee for cleaning the room
